Questions
Do you build the centre?
No. You choose who builds it, or build it yourself. We run the program for you and check that it delivers what you approved. Because we don't build or run centres, we can tell you plainly when something is off.
Can you help move people from our vendor to our own team?
Yes. We plan and track the move: who transfers, how knowledge is handed over, and when work switches over, checked against the cost and productivity you planned.
