PMO Desk is an independent program office for India programs. We run your India program for you and check, at every step, that it is delivering the results you approved, not just completing tasks.

The team that runs a program on the owner's behalf: one plan across everyone involved, regular checkpoints, risks tracked, and honest reporting to the person accountable.

Any program where the work, team, supply or operation is in India: setting up a centre, entering the market, hiring a team, qualifying suppliers, reviewing a vendor, or exiting. We don't work on Indian companies expanding abroad.

The person outside India who is accountable for the program, such as a CIO, COO, head of engineering, private equity operating partner, or a Japanese company sourcing from India.

We only run the program office. We don't build centres, employ staff, supply goods or sell vendors, and only you pay us. If any firm connected to us is involved in your program, we tell you in writing before we start. Ask who owns PMO Desk and we will tell you.

At the start we agree three to five measurable results with you, taken from your own systems. At each checkpoint we check both whether the work is done and whether those results are on track. A checkpoint only passes when both are true.

Every program has a fixed end date agreed at the start. After we hand over, we check the results again at 3, 6 and 12 months. That is part of every contract.

The online workspace every program runs on. It shows the results you approved first, then checkpoints, plan, risks, cost and vendor scorecards, for you, your program lead and your vendors, each seeing what their role needs.

AI is built into the platform to do the paperwork faster: drafting reports, pulling actions out of meeting notes, spotting early warning signs and translating between Japanese and English. A named person reviews everything before you see it, makes every decision, and every statement links to its source.

No. The platform connects to your planning, HR or hiring, finance and collaboration tools and reads results from them. It does not replace them.

At handover you receive an export of the program records. You can keep using the platform for the 3, 6 and 12-month result checks and beyond on a subscription; otherwise your data is deleted as set out in the contract.

By program, priced by checkpoint. Never by the hour. Platform access is included while the program runs. Vendor reviews and program assessments are fixed-price first steps.
