One view of your India program, with AI doing the paperwork
Every PMO Desk program runs on the PMO Desk platform. It brings results, checkpoints, risks, cost and vendors into one online view for you, your program lead and your vendors. AI speeds up the routine work; people make every decision.
The view opens with the results you approved
Then checkpoints, then plan, risks and spend. The layout below uses sample figures.
Everything you need to govern the program, in one place
Results
The three to five results you approved, with targets, dates and the system each number comes from. Always shown first.
Checkpoints
Each checkpoint with its two answers, the evidence behind them, and who decided and when.
Plan, risks and decisions
One plan across every vendor and partner. Risks ranked by what they threaten. Every change and decision recorded.
Cost and invoices
Budget against forecast, and each vendor's invoices checked against its contract.
Hiring and team
Hiring against plan, people who accepted but didn't join, people leaving, and dependence on key people.
Deadlines and incentives
Legal, tax, import and certification deadlines, and government incentives tracked until the money arrives.
Knowledge handover
How much knowledge has moved to your team, and whether you are ready to switch over.
Vendor and supplier scorecards
Service levels, quality and delivery for each vendor or supplier, in English and Japanese where needed.
Weekly report
Built from the same numbers, reviewed by your program lead, delivered in your time zone.
What AI does, and what it never does
AI is built into the platform to remove routine work. It never makes a decision, and nothing it drafts reaches you until a named person has checked it.
AI does
- Drafts reports from the program's own records, ready for your program lead to review.
- Pulls out actions, risks and decisions from meeting notes and email.
- Spots early warning signs: slipping dates, hiring behind plan, rising costs, service levels dropping, results drifting from target.
- Prepares checkpoint evidence and flags anything missing.
- Checks invoices and deadlines against contracts, regulations and incentive conditions.
- Translates reports between Japanese and English, checked by a Japanese-speaking lead.
AI never
- Takes a checkpoint decision or makes a recommendation to you.
- Sends you anything a named person hasn't approved.
- Uses your data on another client's program.
Every AI-drafted statement links to the record it came from and stays marked as a draft until approved. Suggestions and decisions are kept in an audit trail.
What it changes for you
See problems earlier
Early warnings, such as hiring falling behind, costs rising or a result drifting from target, reach your program lead as they appear, not at month end.
One version of the truth
You, your program lead and your vendors work from the same numbers, taken from your own records rather than anyone's summary.
Less chasing, faster reporting
AI handles routine reporting, minutes and follow-ups, so your program lead spends the time on judgement and on you.
Decisions on record
Every checkpoint decision, change and approval is recorded with who made it, when, and on what evidence.
Vendors held to the same view
Each vendor sees its own scorecard and actions, so performance is discussed on facts.
Results tracked after we leave
The 3, 6 and 12-month result checks run from the same view after handover.
How the platform fits into your program
The platform is part of every PMO Desk program and included in the program fee.
Proposal: agree what goes in
The proposal lists the results to track, the tools to connect and who gets access. Your consent to AI use is written into the contract.
First weeks: set up
We load the results you approved, the plan and the checkpoints, connect the systems the numbers come from, and invite you, your team and your vendors.
Every week: one view and one report
You see the program on the platform any time, and receive a short weekly report in your time zone, built from the same numbers and reviewed by your program lead.
At each checkpoint: evidence and decision
The work done, the results against target, and the decision you and your program lead take, recorded in one place.
Handover: records are yours
You receive an export of the program records: plan, decisions, results and vendor scorecards.
After handover: results still tracked
The 3, 6 and 12-month result checks run on the platform. You can keep your view on a subscription.
Each person sees what their role needs
Access is set by role, and you decide who is invited.
| Who | What they see |
|---|---|
| You | Results first, checkpoint status, decisions waiting for you, spend, and the weekly report. |
| Your program lead | The full plan, risks, AI drafts waiting for review, and the evidence for each checkpoint. |
| Your vendors and partners | Only their own scorecard, actions and deadlines. |
| Your own team | The parts you choose to share, such as the hiring tracker or deadline calendar. |
Works with your tools
Connects to your planning, HR or hiring, employer-of-record, finance and collaboration tools and reads results from them. It does not replace them.
Your data stays yours
Each client sees only its own programs. Your data is never used on another client's program. You get an export at handover.
Online, nothing to install
Runs in a web browser for you, your team and your vendors, wherever they work.
About the platform
Who can see what?
Access is set by role. You see results, checkpoints and decisions. Your program lead also sees AI drafts waiting for review. Each vendor or supplier sees only its own scorecard and actions. You decide who is invited.
Do we have to change our own tools?
No. The platform connects to your planning, HR or hiring, finance and collaboration tools and reads results from them. Where a tool can't connect, your team or ours uploads the records.
Does AI make decisions on our program?
No. AI drafts, extracts and warns. A named person checks everything before you see it, and you and your program lead make every checkpoint decision.
Is our data used to train anything or shared with other clients?
Your data is never used on another client's program. How AI may process your data is set out in your contract, and you agree to it before any of your data goes in.
Can we keep using it after the program ends?
Yes. The 3, 6 and 12-month result checks run on the platform, and you can keep your view on a subscription. At handover you also receive an export of the program records.
What does it cost?
Platform access is included in the program fee while the program runs. Continued access after handover is a separate subscription, quoted in your proposal.
